Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Times

Our products are shipped from international warehouses. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • United States: 10–18 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 12–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control (customs delays, local courier delays, holidays, etc.). We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed, please contact our support team. We will assist in tracking it down. Orders are considered “lost” only after 45 business days without delivery. At that time, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
