We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

  • 30-Day Guarantee: Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Health & Safety: For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions require a minimum of one billing cycle before cancellation is permitted. Subscriptions cannot be canceled immediately after purchase or within the first month. After the initial billing cycle, you may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal or by contacting our support team. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for refund.
